How Livrux began
Livrux started with a simple problem at home.
As a mom of two and a software developer, I wanted to help my own children build a more consistent reading habit — without turning reading into another obligation.
So I started building something for them.
Something that could make progress visible, celebrate consistency, and bring a little more fun into everyday reading.
That idea became Livrux.
From our family to yours
Livrux was first shaped by the everyday reality of one family: books started and forgotten, days with lots of reading and days with none, and two children motivated by very different things.
Over time, that small family project grew into an app designed to help children keep going — one reading session, one book and one small achievement at a time.

Livrux makes reading progress fun for children while giving parents the tools to stay involved.
Kids can track their reading, build streaks, earn XP, celebrate achievements and connect with friends. Parents can follow their progress, manage their family and get insights into how their children's reading habits are developing.
The goal isn't to make children read for rewards.
It's to use a little fun to help reading become a habit.
